Cuando este bien dorado se le añade los esparragos verdes en tiras. Cocer las patatas, batir bien el pure de patatas y añadirle las dos yemas, la pimienta negra, sal y perejil. Se mete el jamon un rato en el horno. Para que quede duro pero no crujiente se mete el jamon entre dos trozos de papel de cocina para horno. Una vez este todo hecho se empieza a montar la lasaña: Se coloca una loncha de jamon en la base, se le añade pure de patatas, luego otra loncha de jamon, cebolla con esparragos, otra capa de jamon serrano, otra de pure, mas cebolla con esparragos, queso para fundir y se mete al horno para que gratine. Luego se le añaden dos huevos enteros y se bate todo bien. Se incorpora la harina con la levadura y el chocolate. Se pone la masa en una placa de horno y se hornea en el horno durante 10 minutos, anteriormente precalentado a 190ºC. Repetir la operacion hasta acabar con la masa de galletas. Se le ehca un poco de curry y de soja, mientras se va cociendo el arroz. Cuando este echa la carne se le echa la cebolla y el pimiento en juliana y se le vuelve a echar curry y soja. La verdura solo debe saltearse. Se pelan y se frien unas almendras y se les añade al pollo con verduras. Se echa el arroz y se rehoga. El arroz no se puede quedar blanco, si es asi, hay que añadir mas curry y soja. Se sofrie la cebolla con el aceite, añadimos el baicon y lo separamos del fuego y se le añade la hierbabuena. Lo salteamos junto al arroz. Lo servimos en un bol bien grande, podemos el queso en lonchas finas por encima para que se funda. Mientras, el chorizo también se corta en trocitos y se frie muy poco en una sarten con una gota de aceite. Luego batimos los huevos y cuando las patatas, el pimiento y la cebolla estén dorados se mezcla todo. Una vez obtetenmos una mezcla lo freímos en una sarten medio grande y añadimos el chorizo. A fuego lento dejamos que vaya cuajando y cuando veamos que podemos moverlo todo como una única tortilla sólida lo pasamos a una fuente de horno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Echamos bechamel por encima y el queso rayado y metemos a gratinar diez minutos a 180º con el horno precalentado.
